LBC delivers from Metro Manila to most locations within 1-6 business days. Metro Manila gets next-day delivery. Luzon takes 1-2 days, Visayas 2-5 days, and Mindanao 3-6 days. Remote islands may take up to 9 days. LBC operates Monday-Saturday (8 AM-6 PM), excluding Sundays and holidays.

What If My STD Test Kit Order Is Delayed?

- We’ll check with our warehouse and update you within 24 hours
If your order is in transit but delayed:
- Check your tracking number on the courier’s website (LBC, GoGo Xpress, or J&T)
- Contact the courier directly for status updates
- If no movement after 5 business days, contact us and we’ll follow up
If your order is lost:
- Contact us at testtayoph@gmail.com
- We’ll file a claim with the courier
- If confirmed lost, we’ll send a replacement at no cost
What If I’m Not Home When It’s Delivered?
Courier options:
- Leave at door: If you’re comfortable with this (not recommended for privacy)
- Neighbor delivery: Authorize a trusted neighbor to receive it
- Pickup at branch: Courier holds at nearest branch for 5-7 days (Applicable for LBC only, if you want this option please leave us an order note when you check out.
- Redelivery: Schedule another delivery attempt (may incur additional fee)
To receive your test kits soonest, please provide a secure delivery address where someone can receive the package.
Can I Change My Shipping Details?
Before shipping:
- Contact us immediately at testtayoph@gmail.com
- Include your order number and the details you want updated such as (address, phone number or name of recipient)
- We can update if order hasn’t shipped yet
After shipping:
- Contact the courier directly using your tracking number
- Some couriers allow address changes for a fee
- We cannot guarantee address changes once shipped
Holidays & Peak Seasons
Processing delays may occur during:
- Christmas season (December 15 – January 5)
- Holy Week (Maundy Thursday – Easter Sunday)
- National holidays
- Sale events (11.11, 12.12, etc.)
We’ll notify you of expected delays via social media posts during these periods.
Damaged or Tampered STD Test Packages
If your package arrives damaged:
- Take photos immediately: Show the packaging and any damage
- Do not use the test kit: Safety first
- Contact us within 24 hours: testtayoph@gmail.com
- We’ll send a replacement: At no cost to you
